Business Consultants

Strategy that survives contact with your sales floor.

We work with commercial companies to review and implement strategy, build and monitor sales teams, and design lead generation processes that keep producing after the consultants leave the building.

What we do

Three disciplines, run as one engagement

Strategy that never reaches the sales floor is an expensive document. We work the whole chain — from the boardroom decision to the call that closes.

Strategy Review & Implementation

We pressure-test the plan you have, find where it breaks against your market and your margins, then rebuild it into something your teams can actually execute — with owners, milestones and a reporting line.

  • Commercial and competitive diagnostic
  • Margin and pricing structure review
  • Operating model and accountability design
  • Implementation roadmap with named owners

Build & Monitor Sales Teams

Structure, hire, onboard and coach — then instrument the whole thing so performance is visible weekly rather than discovered at quarter end. We stay on to run the cadence until your managers own it.

  • Team structure, territory and quota design
  • Hiring scorecards and onboarding programmes
  • Coaching rhythm and management cadence
  • Live performance dashboards and review rituals

Lead Generation Processes

A repeatable pipeline engine: defined ICP, qualified routing, sequenced outreach and clean measurement. Built on the tooling you already pay for, documented so it outlives whoever runs it.

  • Ideal customer profile and segmentation
  • Channel mix and outreach sequencing
  • Qualification criteria and routing rules
  • Attribution, reporting and CRM hygiene

How we work

Four phases. No surprises.

Every engagement follows the same spine. You always know which phase you’re in, what comes next, and what it costs.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Two weeks inside your numbers, your CRM and your calls. We interview the team, map the current process, and report what’s actually happening — not what the deck says.

    Weeks 1–2
  2. 02

    Design

Strategy, structure and process rebuilt together, with your leadership in the room. You approve every decision before anything is rolled out.

    Weeks 3–5
  3. 03

    Deploy

We implement alongside your managers — hiring, onboarding, sequencing, dashboards. Hands on the tools, not just notes in a document.

    Weeks 6–14
  4. 04

    Monitor

A weekly performance cadence we run, then hand over. We only step back once your team is holding the rhythm without us.

The pattern is consistent: the businesses that improve fastest aren’t the ones with the boldest strategy — they’re the ones whose sales floor understands it by Monday morning. That handover is the part we refuse to rush.

Who we are

Consultants who have carried a number

UniformManagement was built on a straightforward observation: most commercial strategy fails in translation. The thinking is sound, the deck is polished, and then nothing changes on the floor because nobody rebuilt the process, the incentives or the reporting to match.

We work exclusively with commercial companies, and we work in the operational detail — territory maps, hiring scorecards, call reviews, CRM hygiene. It is less glamorous than a transformation programme and considerably more likely to move revenue.

  • Operators, not theorists. Everyone on the team has run a sales organisation and carried a quota.
  • Fixed scope, fixed fee. You approve the phase and the price before it starts.
  • We leave properly. Success is your managers running the cadence without us on the call.

Questions

Before you get in touch

How long is a typical engagement?

Most run fourteen to sixteen weeks from diagnostic to handover, followed by an optional monitoring retainer. Standalone strategy reviews can be completed in five.

Which sectors do you work in?

Commercial companies with an established sales function — most often manufacturing, B2B services, logistics, construction, wholesale and technology. If you sell to other businesses and have a team doing it, we can usually help.

How does pricing work?

Fixed fee per phase, agreed in writing before that phase begins. No day rates, no open-ended retainers, and no charge for the initial conversation.

Do you work on site or remotely?

Both. The diagnostic and deployment phases work considerably better with time on site; design and monitoring run comfortably remote.

What happens in the first conversation?

Forty-five minutes, no charge and no pitch deck. We ask about your current numbers, structure and where you think it’s breaking, then tell you honestly whether we’re the right people for it.
